Cows Come Home

Stumbled upon these on FB today.

I feel we need our own, so here is my attempt at self-deprecating humour.

You have thousands of cows.
You sell off all, plus a few thousand more on recognizance, then claim you dont know who sold them.
You make people buy the nonextistant milk and spare meat.
When the crowd gets crazy, you receive a donation to buy more cows, which never materialises. You then flog other people's linen in public.
Repeat until the cows come home.

Bumps in the road, are temporary.

Certain things are unravelling at work. The team unity is noticeably weaker now.

I hope it isnt to do with me sharing my professional troubles with my own team. Tranferrence can always happen, and those who are not careful, or know how to manage their emotions, and put on their logical thinking caps can often take on that grief.

This will in turn fester in their own hearts, eroding morale.

As a leader, frankly, it is less of a concern if my own team hates me, as long as work is carried out to the best of their abilities. Being a leader occassionally means having to make unpopular decisions. I personally desire team unity and solidarity.

All my previous bosses were at one point, difficult to deal with. Only in their absence were their true qualities became apparent.

So, soldier on Razee, turn your team into the best that they can be, harness that energy and direct it into something wonderful.
